The Birkenstock insole supports the natural rolling movement of the foot, has a shock-absorbing effect and relieves the feet, knees and back.

The brown Birkenstock leather insoles are primarily used for sport and casual shoes. The sole is made of soft latex foam with a memory effect.

The function of the insole is based on the same principle as the cork Birkenstock footbed. The support under the midfoot relieves the forefoot. The curve in the front of the sole, the Birkenstock toe gripper, activates the gripping reflex and the circulation in the foot.

The sole can be easily cut to fit the shoe thanks to the perforations at the front of the sole.

The soles can be cleaned with warm soapy water and liquid detergent. The soles may not be washed or dried in a tumble dryer.
