Return process
I. Right of withdrawalÂ
I.1 When purchasing our products, you as a customer have the option of revoking the contract for fourteen days, without giving reasons or paying additional costs, except for return costs. The withdrawal period starts when you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.Â
I.2 If you have ordered multiple products to be delivered separately in the same order, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last product delivered.Â
II. Exercising the right of withdrawal
II.1 If you wish to return a product, you must notify us within a period of fourteen days from the time you have received the order (as described above).Â
 II.2 You can do this by returning the ordered and delivered products, including the original packaging (e.g., the shoebox) and your invoice. Once we have received your return, we will check that all conditions are met.Â
III.3 If all conditions are met, you will receive a refund from us. We will email you once the refund has been issued.Â
III. Conditions for returns
III.1 Returned items will only be accepted if the product is returned with all delivered accessories and in its original condition and packaging to the company’s return address. Stained, damaged or severely creased items will not be accepted.
Please note! It is therefore important that the original packaging (e.g., shoebox) is also returned to us undamaged and in original condition. Pack the shoebox containing the shoes you ordered, for example, in a separate, sturdy cardboard box to which you stick the shipping labels.Â
IV. Return of the products
IV.1 You will return the products to the address below, within a period of fourteen days after receipt of your order.Â
IV.2 The products must not be clearly used or worn. Of course, you may try and fit the product, but no more than necessary to assess the product.Â
IV.3 You pack the products in their original packaging and make sure that both product and original packaging (e.g., The shoebox) could not reasonably be damaged during transportation. Please also leave all original labels and stickers on the product and do not attach any additional stickers or labels (e.g., shipping label) directly to the package.Â

IV.5 Attention! As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
V. RefundÂ
V.1 We will provide a refund of the price paid and the cost of standard shipping, within fourteen days of receiving the products you have returned.Â
V.2 The refund will be made using the same means of payment chosen by you when paying for your original order.Â
V.3 We reserve the right to charge a reduction in value if the products and their original packaging have been used, damaged or if the products are not returned in their original packaging. For example, 5 euros may be charged if we receive a damaged shoebox.Â
VI. Exchanging for a different sizeÂ
VI.1 Would you prefer to exchange your product for another size? No problem!Â
VI.2 Please note clearly on your invoice that you prefer an exchange, and note clearly and visibly which size you want. If we have the size in stock, we will arrange an exchange. If the desired product is no longer in stock, we will notify you, and you can still opt for a refund.Â
VI.3 Please note! It is only possible to exchange your product in a different size. Exchanges for the same product in a different color or a completely different product are not possible.
