How do I return my order?
The return must meet a number of conditions before we can accept it:
The return must be done within 14 working days after receiving the product.
The Birkenstocks and Birkenstock packaging must be in original condition when they are returned. This means in the condition in which they were delivered. No labels or stickers may be affixed directly to the Birkenstock packaging. Each return must be shipped in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent damage to the Birkenstocks and the Birkenstock packaging. Only in case of premature wear (production error), the Birkenstocks may be returned without Birkenstock packaging.
The product has not been used or worn.
If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, we cannot accept the shipment.
How to return?
Add the invoice stating the reason for return with the package. Choose between exchange for another size of the same reference or a refund. Please clearly note your choice on the invoice. Exchanging for another reference is not possible.
The Birkenstocks are packed with the invoice in the original packaging and put inside another cardboard box. This means that no label may be applied to the Birkenstock box.
The return package must be sent to Birkenshop.be, Ring 35, 2200 Noorderwijk (Belgium)
If the Birkenstocks and the packaging reach us intact, the shipment will be refunded immediately. In case of damage to the Birkenstock packaging as a result of shipping without a sturdy outer box, a compensation of €5 will be charged.
Furthermore, a return shipment is at the risk of the buyer:
Birkenshop is not liable for damage or loss of returned products.
The costs of the return are at the expense of the buyer.
