The Gizeh Pecan is equipped with a soft foot bed. The extra layer of foam has a shock absorbing effect on the back and knees and takes away the pressure under the foot. We recommend the soft foot bed for people with heel spurs, for standing professions and for those who have back pains.
The Birkenstock Gizeh has a wide foot bed by default. Even though you have a narrow foot bed in the Birkenstock flip flop collection without a toe piece, we recommended a wide version here. Only the Gizeh Kids has a narrow foot bed as standard.
Birkenstocks have a large fit. You may need a size smaller than your regular shoe size.
